UX/UI & Web Designer

For the past few days, I’ve been reading the book Learning Web Design by Jennifer Niederst Robbins, and just by covering the first few chapters, I’ve been able to understand and highlight some information such as the deliverable that UX designers produce for example wireframe diagrams and storyboards, also some useful links for web design tools and the importance of an index file so we can prevent our directories from being displayed into the browser.

Another book I’ve been reading is The Shape of Design by Frank Chimero, it has helped me as a reminder of not only worrying about the execution but also about the strategy. How? – it’s about the task. Why? – it’s about the objective of the work.

Also, I have used the Developer.Mozilla website as a guide for the markup of my simple 4-page website. As there are some HTML text basics that I still need to learn.

And last but not least, The W3C Markup Validation Service, I have used this website to know how good the markup of my 4-page website is, and it’s definitely a very useful tool to check errors and correct them.
